Super friendly service. He waited for us untill 11pm after calling him so we could rent a Vespa on our first day (we came by bus). He gave us really good advice and map of Ibiza with touristic tips. He made our vacation. I will never forget this.

Super friendly, no hassle, inexpensive. We rented a scooter two days in a row and the scooters were beautiful and in good condition. Next time we will rent here again. Bring cash as you need it for your deposit (50 in our case)

Friendliest staff ever. They went out of their way to make it a good experience for us. The value was very good and they even took a photo for us next to our Vespa and texted us a photo to us. Payments are cash only but it’s only 40 euros for 24 hours and a 50 deposit with full insurance (may vary seasonally).

Around March we made a reservation to rent a scooter on Ibiza. We had to pick a day and time, and since we went by boat, we took half an hour to get at Extra rent. Price was a bit high for a scooter for 1 day, but relatively low in contrast to other rental places in Ibiza-town. When we arrived, the boat had a little delay so we were 15 minutes late on our reservation. Should have calculated it, but we didn't want the risk of waiting there for time to pass to get on the scooter, so we didn't calculate another half an hour. After we walked in and said we made a reservation the woman behind the counter said that she gave away the scooter we had reserved. The reason she gave was that we were to late. In hindsight I asked my girlfriend if we could pay up front, but we didn't have the option to pay before. After we said that it was beyond our control, she said the company sent out e-mails that the price has risen, which had nothing to do with the whole issue. That gave us the impression she didn't know what happened as well and didn't want to admit that something went wrong. But she mentioned that they sent an e-mail about the prices. I didn't receive any other e-mails than the order confirm. I felt like we were treated like 'bloody tourists', which we were, but that doesn't mean you have to be treated that way. I am very glad we found another place and didn't rent a scooter here, because I have the feeling that it was just a place where they tried to let the customer pay as much as possible. All that because we were 15 minutes late and the prise has risen for 5 euro's. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone because you get the feeling you get ripped of when you walk in.
